I. Scope of this Appendix
Fantasy Playground Pro is a non-commercial educational manuscript. This appendix explains how limited personal data — chiefly correspondence — is processed when you contact the editorial desk.
II. Categories Collected
Voluntary submissions via the Correspondence chapter may include your name, electronic post address, and message body. No user accounts, payment profiles, or wagering histories are created.
III. Purpose & Legal Basis
Data are processed to answer scholarly enquiries (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR — steps prior to contract) and to meet legal obligations where applicable. Marketing lists are not compiled from reader data.
IV. Server Logs
Hosting infrastructure may transiently log IP addresses, requested URIs, and timestamps for security auditing. Logs are not merged with correspondence content to build behavioural profiles.
V. Rights of the Data Subject
You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, or portability by writing to support@fantasyplaygroundpro.com. You retain the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority.
VI. Retention
Correspondence is retained only as long as necessary to resolve the enquiry, thereafter deleted or anonymised unless law mandates longer storage.
